Be me, on a STRICT chicken thigh and fruit diet, EVERAYDAY NO DEVIATION 1500 calories with 45 min gym session In the last 2 month I lose 15 pounds.

I have one day of a cheat meal of ice cream and pizza 6,000 calories, I counted. So ok fine, that's like twice my daily calorie expenditure, at worst I am thinking I will have gained a pound in bloat and stuff.

I wake up the next morning 10 POUNDS heavier, wtf, I figure the next few days my weight will normalize but 5 days later I am still 5 pounds heavier than I was before that cheat meal LMFAO

thats nothing I have legit eating disorders, Ive eaten 25k calories in a day easy before. I could seriously have one of those YT channels dedicated to binge eating challenges

Im exactly the opposite, last week I got into a involuntary fast because of a college project I had to do(so I couldnt eat properly) and lost 1kg

Take a step back and reevalutate, 1500 is not normal. I think personally 3,000 for men and women MINIMUM. The only thing you're doing is making yourself Insulin resistent, lowering Test, increasing stress hormones and making yourself a metabolic mess.
Get some starch with salt in (if you can digest it).

i havent eaten a single calorie since makign the OP

Down 10 pounds since fuck eating. I am back to water fasting instead of traditional calorie deficits. Way easier to just water fast. And i wont eat a single cheat meal, when i break the fast i'll stay in ketosis with just eggs/fatty meat and then fast again. My body just cannot handle carbs and sugar and shit

I'm currently water fasting too. What do you do nowadays?
I find on days that I diverge from my calorie plan even a little always descends into complete madness level binges, so sticking to a complete water fast is easier for me to maintain.

Just eat raw fatty beef and organ meats and you will always be lean and never need to diet.

Sugar like that spikes and fucks up your insulin, which causes a bunch of damage on it's own, including brain damage, but then you go to sleep and it's all converted directly into fat. The insulin spike changes your metabolism to convert more calories to fat.

Not only that but foods like ice cream are hyperpalatable, meaning you'll enjoy healthy food less and crave junk food more often like ice cream. It's like trying to snort crack only every once and a while.

And I enjoy fruit too, but it's calorie dense, spikes your insulin and can make you fat. It's still 1000x better than any shitty processed food, it's still not ideal unless you are doing ungodly amounts of cardio.

Same here, it's a fucking curse that we were given high appetites. I could easily finish large dominos pizzas by myself and my friends who are super lean can't believe it, they have a hard time finishing a chipotle burrito. on my cheat days i literally binge until i cant eat anymore sometimes lol, its ridiculous

A month ago I was about 107 pounds. I had a cheat day of about 5000 calories. I ate 10 cheeseburgers, 30 Oreos, some chips, dried fruit, 10 chicken fingers, and some orange juice. I weighed myself the next day. I was 107 pounds again. What is going on here? Genetics.

You probably already know this but nearly all of it is water weight. The food also has pass through your digestive system and it takes time to absorb, that’s why some times I gain weight 2 days AFTER my cheat day but then lose like 3 lbs over night and another 1-2 lbs the day after.

anyways startvation diets will mess you up hard and your hormones too; its not healthy to lose that much in 2 months
everyone should do a 1000 max cal deficit daily and definitely above 1200 cals or something like that never go lower
