Be me, on a STRICT chicken thigh and fruit diet, EVERAYDAY NO DEVIATION 1500 calories with 45 min gym session In the last 2 month I lose 15 pounds.
I have one day of a cheat meal of ice cream and pizza 6,000 calories, I counted. So ok fine, that's like twice my daily calorie expenditure, at worst I am thinking I will have gained a pound in bloat and stuff.
I wake up the next morning 10 POUNDS heavier, wtf, I figure the next few days my weight will normalize but 5 days later I am still 5 pounds heavier than I was before that cheat meal LMFAO
