I am recovering from my ACL reconstruction surgery, everything has been going well, and I am potentially getting cleared at around 7 months to be able to play fully at 8 months. I know that the ligamentization process is still undergoing and it is still healing. That being said, my muscles around my knee and all over my body have to be in peak condition to prevent any further injury from occurring while my new ligament heals to 100%.

Any advice to get my muscles into more greater shape and supplements that do not involve steroids? I get drug tested and I play sports in college.

Bpc would be super easy to get, hgh no so much but it isn’t that hard to find the sources

I see, I mean like when you already have the peptide, theres something you have to do to like balance the peptide out? I’ve heard thing about “BAC” water and what not.

There are many threads on it + peptide calculators. It's very easy just bac water + the peptide. 'wolverine stack' is mainly for healing wounds, heard it basically 2x your healing.

Gotcha, thank you for the advice, for my wounds- they are basically healed just deep scars. Its more about just muscle growth around the surrounding knee area.

Not really any muscle growth peptides, they do next to nothing. But bpc-157 should heal your shit up extremely quick.

bpc157 would help some with scar tissue but your knee is mostly tendons and ligaments not muscle @sebchi so it won't really "build" anything around there. just keep doing physio/light weights and time will take care of it

Yeah ofc, I am aware that bpc157 assists in ligament healint. Which is actually something I’m looking for. My muscles are a separate deal in which I am trying to strengthen them as much as possible to be able to play post 7 months (which is very rare in athletes after this type of injury: usually 9-12months). I want to be cleared at that time and I am prioritizing lots of muscle growth because ligamentization is still occurring (my knee is realizing that my tendon graft is a ligament and it is developing new cells and more day by day).

I wanted to know how I can boost muscle growth without steroid supplements or enhancers. To get into peak shape naturally.

bpc-157 is mostly for tissue healing and repair, not muscle growth. but it will definitely speed up the recovery process of your acl reconstruction. keep doing physio like stigmaboy said. htn too if you can get ahold of some good sources
