Being fat is unironically society's fault for making you have shit habits and eating addictive foods
took me around 2 years to lose 40kg and change my eating habits completely to be able to maintain my weight, its not as easy as some say it is,
if I focused on studying and had a normal life at that time, I would probably weigh now more then I even started

and it shouldn't be seen as normal, far from it, we need to ban junk food and adding sugars to products and have
