what are the best sort of implants to choose to truly bring forward the midface. infraorbital malar implants seem good, however I'd imagine you'd need alot of emphasis and a larger implant to do so. I want to get a similar one to the photo, but I want over exaggerated size, not something thin

it wouldn't be silicone, photo was for reference. my worry is having it not big enough for my liking and being unhappy with a small amount of volume

Let’s say it’s too big: you pissed away 20k to look goofy. Let’s say it’s too small: you look slightly better and at least won’t look goofy. If you research a lot and have proper consult with the surgeon, I am confident you can find the size you’d like.
