what are the best sort of implants to choose to truly bring forward the midface. infraorbital malar implants seem good, however I'd imagine you'd need alot of emphasis and a larger implant to do so. I want to get a similar one to the photo, but I want over exaggerated size, not something thin

Calculate what you need to not fuck up your ESR. No, big zygo implants do not look good. I'd recommend custom peek or titanium mesh instead of silicone. First have a saving plan, custom peek will easily run you 15-20k.

it wouldn't be silicone, photo was for reference. my worry is having it not big enough for my liking and being unhappy with a small amount of volume

Let’s say it’s too big: you pissed away 20k to look goofy. Let’s say it’s too small: you look slightly better and at least won’t look goofy. If you research a lot and have proper consult with the surgeon, I am confident you can find the size you’d like.
