I'd say yes, but really it depends on what base your working with. If you don't have the anatomy to accommodate that type of augmentation it might end up just looking uncanny. The overall structure needs to support it. For example, if you have absolutely abysmal infraorbital rims but extremely defined, high cheekbones and zygomas, that transition is probably going to look poor. You need to take a holistic approach.

Regardless, you will almost certainly be able to improve whatever area needs augemtation, even if the specific high-set look you're going for isn't realistic.
