Cheekbone tilt

Do you see the slight negative tilt from the cheekbones ? I have that problem not the skull obviously but my cheekbones are tilted downward sort of, when I feel it on my face the rim is very straight but in the view of a mirror the cheeks them selves like the cheek part is going down is there anyway to fix maybe zygo pushing increase test smt like that I have a positive canthal tilt and straight slightly positive eyebrows same as opry for reference but my cheekbones are a bit of an insecurity and need any advice for this I’m 17 if that helps

its not "cheekbone tilt" you just have shitty projection. all zygos are like that
