Is eating loads of cheese necessary good for bulking? Its always been super hard to gain weight for me, Im very athletic as I am a amerture boxer, played all years of highschool basketeball as a starter, and can bench press 180pounds. My physic: 145Lb 6'0.75 feet, and have a long torso build with skinny legs and wide chest with good shoulders just not built in but I am roughly 17% body fat (all six abs visible) and decent chest and back. SO will eating a lot of cheese necessarily work for bulking?
