i training chest x2 week , recovery carbs load callori surplus and my chest refuse to grow up any tips?
 
2-4 sets per workout, train closer to failure, put chest first in your workouts, eat 0.6-0.8g of protein per lb, eat more carbs, etc. There are too many things you can get wrong

Do some sort of chest press and flies. Do 3 sets, highest weight you can go for 6 reps, go to failure on every set. Eat lots of protein.
