Clench chew?lol, you dont chew like that. use half a pack of regular gum, get rid of the taste, put it in ice cold water and clench chew for an hour. it'll get your jaw to rest in an upwards position.
make sure you train your tongue too by mashing chewingum upwards against your palate, otherwise your jaw will be too strong for your tongue.
give it a year, more likely 2 and you will see change but it takes absurd levels of dedication to begin with. now i can't not mew - it feels horrid to take my tongue off.
Clench chew?
Idk about that. Wouldn't it shorten my teethclench your jaw together with gum rather than chew which can fuck up the tmj
I just eat celery. Satisfying crunch, full of vitamins and leaves some gum-like thing that I can chew for hoursJaws been hurting for hours...
lol no. the point is to have enough gum so the teeth arent in contact then clench jaw evenly around each side of your mouth.Idk about that. Wouldn't it shorten my teeth

work on building up your tongue first though.
i'd probably put the mewing progression list as
basics
- rest front of tongue on palate till it becomes comfortable
- try and sleep with your mouth closed using tape
- chew gum casually throughout the day
- general good posture
intermediate
-try sleeping on your back with a thin pillow
- tongue exercises to build the strength to place the entire tongue on the hard and soft palate
- clench chewing
advanced
clench chew hard gum for an hour or two a day
mew during exercise
chin tuck everywhere
no pillow
hard mattress/ floor
pure diaghramatic breathing
complete posture correction with completely straight neck
