Is chewing gum full sugar really bad? It’s like 20 cal 5g sugar for a full pack so I don’t know the issue and why people get 0 sugar

Exact same maintanence and im the same lol can barely even hit my protein. Tbh tho i found having barely any carbs hasnt hindered my training that much, likely a mental thing, but i would bet MUR is lower.

How are you not hitting protein with a maintenance above 3k. It’s less than half of the calories. Are you allergic to meat or something? You only need 300g carbs to max out MUR.
180g protein worth of chicken breast = roughly 1000 calories.
300g carbs worth of rice = roughly 1000.

If u havent tried reta u wont know. Im more talking about first few days where the appetite suppresant effect is extremely strong

I’ve used all the GLP-1s and I perma blast reta at 7.5mg per week.

That comes to 2k calories which puts you at a 1k+ deficit
Yeah. I am trying to make the most of my first times using reta. My deficit without maxing out carbs looks something more like 1.5k - 1.75k. Contrary to popular beleive, acutally losing muscle on that big of a deficit when u are on gear is practically impossible, as long as u hit protein and train with intensity.
