I saw a thread where some dude said one of his best softmaxes was chewing. And the more I look into it the better it looks, about 4 months ago I started chewing gum in school but it was never super hard. Even when I started I only got a little sore, no progress seen. Now Ive also heard jaw trainers are bad for you but give better results. As a gymmaxer I know that doing HIIT heavy weights will grow your muscles much more than doing 100 reps, which is basically what your doing when you chew gum. The guy in the thread recommended this jaw trainer: link to the jaw trainer they claim to be much healthier than a normal trainer. But here are their results.
anyone with half a brain knows the lighting is different,facial hair is different, they really just leanmaxed, and the last dude is just poking out his jaw more. the picture looks like its a couple years apart aswell. I want to buy this but does anyone have any experience with chewmaxing or using a trainer? If so let me know, thanks
