Hi guys, im trying hard chewing for 2 weeks now
What is the best method to chew ? Some people say we need to chew with molars but honestly i dont feel a real stress on my masseters with molars,
actually i chew with all my teeth without molars and i feel way more pain, i really feel soreness on my masseters
Also see that Luca Marchesi (italian model who have really BIG masseter even if i dont want to look like him) uses jawzsrsize sometimes so maybe molar chewing is quite overrated
