My sister has been treated better than me (she is 5’8 23 yrs old,I am 6’2 ft 21 yrs old).She got good food,mental development and dental care etc but I got sidelined and got obese (85-90 kg from 11 to 16 years old and then I starvemaxxed because of blackpill).She got Wider maxilla development than me.I don’t understand why my Dad and Mom said fuck off to my dental care and didn’t prevent me from being obese

animal products like eggs, milk, meat. ocassional fruit can be good too

make sure he has good posture throughout his growth, chews hard food and sleeps before 10 pm (bedtime varying by 30 min max)

either his mother eats it and she breast feeds him it (he should be breastfed until 3 years of age for proper jaw development regardless)

or you make it possible for him to consume it through some other way once he grows teeth

ah i cant answer that, but keep in mind not being breastfed as a baby will hurt his jaw development and will prevent him from absorbing nutrients through the breastmilk (that he cant bite and consume on his own)

Gpt says there are formulas you can use for the kid if your wife can’t breastfeed to ensure jaw development (she can’t because of genetic reasons)
