people really underestimate how much childhood habits affect how you end up looking

not just genetics. it’s what you did daily for years

if you’re still in early puberty, this is where it matters even more
good habits here can still noticeably improve how you grow and develop

quick breakdown

sleep ~2–5 cm height difference + better skin/face
nutrition up to ~5–10 cm + stronger frame, better features

posture +2–6 cm “visual height” instantly
movement small height effect (~1–3 cm) but way better physique
vitamin D ~1–3 cm + overall healthier look
breathing (mouth vs nose) big impact on face structure
stress ~1–4 cm + affects skin/appearance

best vs worst habits growing up:

~5–10+ cm real height difference
+ extra ~2–6 cm just from posture
+ major difference in face & body

same genetics, different outcome

you can’t redo childhood

but you can still improve a lot from here

well if someone start practice these habit at 15, will it save them?

It most likely won’t “save them” because 15 is already mid/late puberty for most guys but i’d say it can still visibly change ur post puberty appearance

Chad sleeps 2 hours a day, eats random goyslop, gets to 6'4 and is obviously chad. You give your kid the CHILDHOOD PROTOCOL and he ends up as a 5'6 sub5 anyways because the most important "childhood habit" happens in the third trimester. never skip genetics day boyo. (though all of these will somewhat help the kid out, they won't ever ascend him beyond his genetic potential. softmaxx cope)

I never said this is a bigger factor than genetics but if one twin had good habits and second was barely sleeping eating like shit doing drugs etc the healthy one could end up 3inches taller and with a much better face structure

the difference is barely noticeable unless one of them was straight up dumpster diving malnourished and had 0 hygiene

Nice grammar fucking retard. 49 posts 14 rep ur inferior get on ur knees buddy

Mouth breathing might highkey be the worst one here, if you were mouth breathing from ages 3 - 12 and your palate/maxilla sutures have already closed then theres a decent probability its already over for you without hardmaxxing.

Probably caused recessed maxilla maybe even lower hyoid positioning and recessed lower mandible.

Used to always chew my tongue and gum as a kid , + mouthbreathing with good mouth posture = got a strong jaw and decent growth, would it have been the same regardless of habits? 🤔 Maybe. But they are unnderated especially by retards who think they should go on 10iu gh + test before even starting to get good sleep
