this is true to an extent, if you chew more like fat people, you’ll develop a more compact face, so when you lose the fat you won’t really have a long midface once older

Yeah That’s different. Im very compact on both and my total lenght devided by my total width is 1.2 and my fwhr is over 2.1

Oh okay so your is almost same as mine! My is at 1.3 i dont have a measurment tape here so i cant do the other one.
Is it better for it be lower? The 1.2 you have or better if its bigger number?

I’ve never seen an obese man with a long midface.

Assuming these guys have been fat since they were kids (which is the case for a large portion, if not the majority, of obese adults), the fat on their necks and their submental areas created upward forces that prevented the maxilla and mandible from growing downward.

This isn't a joke thread. Ever seen an obese person who has a “downswung mouth breather” skull? Obese people have short midfaces because of the upward pressure from the fat as their facial bones were developing.
