I doubt it was done for aesthetics. Her airway widened, and that was the #1 reason for the surgery probs

She still got CCW with little maxilla movement exactly the same someone would get for aesthetics and her lower third improved a lot so....

Just look at her philtrum before. It was inevitable that she's get chimp lip since she already had it.
