My opinion is if the only thing you need to improve on your face is the chin, youre retarded if you aren't getting genio. Chin implants have a lower max potential for size. and you'll look like a tryhard feminine wannabe in your grave lmfao.

the implants I agree with are maybe masseter implants but the genioplasty has so much more potential, and it's real bone.

Instead of getting a wrap around jaw implant, I'd just get a chin-wing genioplasty, with CCW rotation and masseter implants. but that's if you happen to have a serious lack of size.

genioplasty is more versatile than most would assume. A T-split osteotomy can increase width as long as you go through the pre op process correctly with your surgeon and tell them how many cm you need it to widened
