Chin implants vs genio

I need around 12/13 mm of horizontal advancement and 7/8mm of vertical advancement, can a chin implant provide this by itself? My chin shape isn’t ideal so I’ll definitely get implants but I’m curious to if a genioplasty before is required due to how much advancing I need? Can I get away with just a chin implant?

You are a bimax candidate, not a genio. A genio won't get what you are looking for because your jaws are what's recessed.

This is after bimax with CCW and maybe a slight vertical genio

The reason your chin looks recessed is because your jaws are down grown giving you the illusion of a recessed chin.

Make morphs to increase chin height to your liking. Then use another reference point to determine the actual difference.
