Chin/lips augmentation question + morph?

Shitty morph attached.

Was thinking to extend my chin but the lips actually seem to be the problem, as if they are too forward (duck-like)? IMHO, chin is not so bad and at least can wait before lips are solved? Thoughts on my thinking here and if I'm correct what to do with lips?

Do a hair transplant in a first time

I'm 1.5 months post almost 3000, hairline lowered by 0.5 cm (to 6 cm) and fortified, temples filled (shit quality pic might not show it). Attached some pics from another phone if anyone can judge progress but IMHO too early.
Thanks though! For clarity, my hair was always like this (like from 10-15) and my dad around 60 has identical hair (never changed, only slightly thinner)
EDIT: Also adding pic with morphed hair from hopefully the future, I also enjoyed morphing,might start a business
