Chin/mandible

Okay so my hyoid bone is very low and i have a double chin even though im not high bf% im sub 19% im 170 cm and weigh around 60 kg.
Regardless my chin or mandible is recessed and if i get bimax or trimax wouldnt that also benefit my hyoid bone?

cuz if the mandible gets longer then shouldnt my hyoid bone go higher?

people who get genio often get the same effect, because the hyoid bone moves forward, it's like a neck lift. Otherwise just get a neck lift too
