I’ve been told nonstop that I have a recessed mandible but I have no overbite, I’ve had my crowding fixed with Invisalign but I’m pretty sure my teeth tilt wasn’t changed. I’m getting my scans tomorrow to make sure. I have some kind of pug face skin protrusion that’s more obvious from the side, and if I jut my jaw forward it goes away but that’s obviously not a realistic result. I’m not recessed enough for any apnea or anything so I’d rather use djs money on fixing my eye area first even if I need it

Unfortunately I just spent all my money on lasik since I can’t tolerate contacts so it’ll take a year until I can get them

infraorbital implants, under eyelid fat grafting and upper eyelid also, lateral Canthopexy to eliminate the sclera show and thats all

How much is that ?
Can it correct m'y lazy eye ?
possibly but not likely, it’s made for fixing astigmatism and nearsightedness only. Read this and consults for lasik are free, cost a total of 4.2k in the U.S.

In bad lighting the mouth area looks horrendous, ik this photo is awful but kinda shows what I mean. Definitely the last thing to address besides maybe angle implants to fix my inward gonions though

For the gonions I would recommend a minor amount of filler instead of implants. Are you getting masseter botox too then? Bizygo to bigonial is nearly 1:1 already.
