CHello to everyone, I put mandibular prostheses from a well-known Italian surgeon. Now in August I should undergo the combined interventions that I wrote in the title. What do you think?

before it was shorter less projected and less thick than now. what do you think about the 3 interventions that I will have in August? would you change something or do you see them indicated? ps I am 191 cm tall currently at 16% BF. @Gerardwayfan

How recent was the operation? Your side looks good but the front looks off. You look like you need masseter botox now and the jaw angles are very asymmetric. Are they misplaced? Looking at your before, I would not have recommended jaw angles. Personally, I would worry about fixing the implants instead of doing new operations. Are you happy with them?

I had two other experts evaluate me. No, the angles are not asymmetrical according to them. If you are referring to the photo now (the one with the white jacket) the head is slightly tilted. Maybe that is the problem

thank you so much for making me understand. yes i wanted a very sharp contrast and the width is what i wanted. so you say that the chin prosthesis will have to balance the JFA?

matching the chin width to your mouth width would improve it, just make sure it does not go beyond your mouth width bhai

i kinda feel like your mouth is a bit on the smallish side for those extra cm of jaw width.

Tbh i cant comment on buccal fat or chin lift cause i dont know much about it

Update. For now, I'm like this. I'll replace the prosthetics on the mandibular angles with more customized and better positioned ones, and I'll be clever and square my chin at the base.

Make sure the replacement is smaller than the one you have rn , ut looks good from the side but from the front it kinda sticks out in an unnatural way

But then Radiesse would be enough for me to look natural without making the implants. Then if I wanted a natural look I would stay natural. I like the "ogre alien" u uncanny look

The review is in December. I'll do it all there. The width on the front will be the same. in fact it was the positioning that is wrong they are too high and the position is giving me problems of rejection

The current position causes the prostheses to move and irritate the gum and bone.
