Are chin tucks + neck curls cope or real cuz ive been doing it recently, noticed a little change idk if its just me.
Doing it 20 reps for 3 sets, is that enough?
when to notice results and is it worth ?it i see the hype on it
 
It is not cope , unless you think it will make you chad

can i just go up against a wall and spam chin tucks for 3 sets of 20 reps every day? and then neck curls? i dont expect to go to chad js wanna raise hyoid

If ur goal is improving the hyoid area , those are the best exercises to do .:feelsmage:

Go to failure with a weight
None weighted neck curls will do nothing
neck curls itself with just your hand to add "resistance" is enough i think, i dont have any small plate weights and doing neck curls at my gym will make me look retarded

only makes ur neck thicker doesnt affect hyoid
 
can i just bonesmash on it with my fist, and for how long
Just make sure to smash evenly , and just 100-250 reps per day ( don't do everyday; just 3-4 times a week )

i can speak for neck curls, not cope. i dont know if you lift weights but you have to treat it like any other lift and progressively overload weight to see gains. e.g. i started at 5 kg plate x 12, now ive worked up to 15 kg x 12 and grown my neck 1 inch and i need 1 more inch still, usually ppl need to get to 20 kg plate at least to get the ideal neck width

tips: dont do infinite reps, treat it like a normal lift, 10-15 reps, 20 max. as its a delicate area i wouldnt go under 10 reps either though. also, doing it without weights will be useless. you need to lie down on a bench and hold a weight on your forehead. if you do it right it is supposed to grow fairly fast and you will grow stronger at a good speed.

I don’t really have weights plates like that just 5kg dumbbells at home that I rarely use and going to the gym to do it is retarded lmao

i mean you will not grow it past a point then, its like any other muscle if you want it to get bigger you have to use a heavier weight over time. i just do it at gym since i go there for workouts anyway
