Chin tucks: overrated and overhated

(I think most of you know what chin tucks are so I won't waste time explaining that.)


Why they are overhated (why they are good)
1.They improve the craniovertebral angle (CVA)

2.Hard to fuck up. Chin tucks are safe and easy to do. There is no sufficient evidence they can make you look worse.

3.Medical professionals recommend them, this isn't like bonesmashing which is niche to looksmaxing forums

Why they are overrated
1. Chin tucks won't remodel your bones. They change the soft tissue, not the lenght of your ramus. This is 2023 mewing all over again.
Since the method is low risk wtf did you expect?

Yea its kinda a "why not" really, kinda like mewing (mewing doesn't help bones past like 10 yrs). But even if it won't do anything massive, why not?
