I've made more gains doing just chin ups (push ups occasionally) ever since this chinese lockdown started than I've done in the gym. I even made chest gains. it targets pretty much my whole upper body tbh.
If I do this for a couple more months and add weight I'll literally mog from just chin ups. I'm a manlet so I put on muscle easier but still.
might post before/afters in a couple months.
highly recommend anyone to get a pull up bar.
