What would u advise someone who will get either one of those however tho his maxilla is pretty good and he wouldnt get any advancment from that side maybe only slight rotation to advance the lower jaw more.


Which produces better results in lower jaw and greater changes from Front Profile

My advice is if occlusion is good, you don't need a large advancement of the maxilla OR a large rotation of the occlusal plane, and there's no airway issue (sleep apnea), then skip the double jaw.

the question is will a chin wing produce a good enough result in the jaw
