My rating is MTN-HMTN. You got a lot of ideal measurements besides your nose to mouth ratio being small. You got good hair eyebrows and a wide bottom jaw. I could be wrong however even tho your bottom jaw is wide to me it looks like it good be lengthened. U also got green hooded almond downturned eyes.

If you’re actually asking me how to grow your lower thirds. Having good jaw posture and mewing while clenching your jaw is the best growth. However that’s standard if you’re really asking about training I’d say no. You need some sort of orthodontist shit, I got a 90 degree jaw from an upper jaw expander and metal jaw forwarders during my youth/teen years. You can’t grow it without surgery or dentistry shit.
