Or at worst will straight-up tell you your situation is god's curse for you being immoral

The Christian take on this would be that God made you the way you are for a reason and that you shouldn't be overly concerned with temporary shit like facial aesthetics, especially when what you do during your time on Earth dictates whether you spend the rest of eternity in heaven or in hell.
