By eating the way I talked about in previous threads. A lot of ripe fruits, lots of sugar. Protein and fat only occasionally and in moderation.

- Constipation? Gone.
- Food cravings? Gone.
- Excess water retention? Gone.
- Gallbladder attacks? Nope.
- Body fat? Melting away without counting a single calorie or going to bed hungry.

I was chronically constipated for about a year straight when I ate normally. Normally means, little fruit, less sugar; more fat and protein, meat, bread and dairy. When I drank coffee, my constipation would become so bad that even laxatives wouldn't work reliably. Rock-hard stools, sitting on the toilet for hours and going only once per week was normal for me. Now I don't even need to drink much anymore, bowel movements are effortless and quick.

Coffee cures my constipation, when I quit coffee it comes back...
Flax seeds are also good, but they contain phytoestrogens so it's probably not that great to take them every day...

psyllium husk every day for constipation + good way to stifle appetite

Fix your diet and chances are good, yours will resolve too

Fruits certainly helped prevent me from feeling gassy

No gas at all for me too. Bloating and gas are to blame on indigestion. And there's nothing easier to digest than ripe fruits.
