By eating the way I talked about in previous threads. A lot of ripe fruits, lots of sugar. Protein and fat only occasionally and in moderation.
- Constipation? Gone.
- Food cravings? Gone.
- Excess water retention? Gone.
- Gallbladder attacks? Nope.
- Body fat? Melting away without counting a single calorie or going to bed hungry.
I was chronically constipated for about a year straight when I ate normally. Normally means, little fruit, less sugar; more fat and protein, meat, bread and dairy. When I drank coffee, my constipation would become so bad that even laxatives wouldn't work reliably. Rock-hard stools, sitting on the toilet for hours and going only once per week was normal for me. Now I don't even need to drink much anymore, bowel movements are effortless and quick.
