I've had chronic gastritis for a few years and it has destroyed my whole youth. I was pretty low inhib as a kid, but since I got gasritis, I've been socially anxious and socially weird. I can't eat normally, I can't go out normally, I can't socialize normally, none of that was ever a problem as a child. I always have the feeling that I am about to vomit or I have stomach problems. It makes me feel so weak. I have been taking medication for a few weeks and I hope that this will turn in a positive direction (my gastritis was undetected for a long time. We thought that my problems came from my social phobia). I just wanted to vent about this.
