The transition to agriculture was humanity’s worst mistake for health. For tens of thousands of years, humans had straight teeth and powerful jaws — no dentists needed.
Because nature rewards them who follow its rules. The strongest evidence for this is the comparision of pre-contact native americans and medieval-early europeans
Pre contact Native americans:
- Hard, tough diets
- Constant chewing
- Nose breathing (was a cultural rule btw, every mother taught infants to keep lips closed)
- Natural prolonged breastfeeding(1.5-2y+)
- Physical activity, hunting.
- Low cortisol
Medieval White people:
- Soft, cooked diet
- Less chewing
- Many cases of mouth breathing
- Short breastfeeding
- Less physical activity
- Chronic stress
Results
1) Native americans:
90-95% had wide jaws, wide dental arches and straight teeth, very low rates of sleep or breathing issues, low stress life
2) White people:
-40-60% had crooked or crowded teeth, malocclusions, epidemics, poor health overall, stressful unhappy life
This is how so called "progress" kills the beauty of life, ugly human cannot live this life to the fullest, be happy or kind.
To be fair, it's not progress itself, but how humans built this progress. Technologies, cities, education could have made us stronger, but governments, industries, and social institutes - literally everything is built for people to live unnaturally.
Real progress isn’t more technology — it’s technology that helps us live closer to how we’re built. If we ignore that, every generation will grow weaker, sicker and further from the natural, true form of human being.
What is the point of all these technologies and progress, if you will never be truly loved by a woman?
