Why tf I lose 2cm at the end of the day compared to the morning, I notice lifting weight and less sleep is a sure way to shrink fast, but the height comes back after sleeping.

From a neurotypical perspective, it doesn't make much of a difference, as it's like 2 cm. We can safely lie about an inch maximum.
