Push lower jaw back and it does have a advantage of pushing tge maxilka forward but i dont want to risk my jaw when i can push my maxilla forward without having to push the lower back w headgear

Tmj problems, since you use force to move upper jaw by pushing lower backwards. Meaning you put the condyles backwards and more pressure is created
