Bone thickening - you can argue about bone density increasing but I don't think it's that drastic of a change
Muscle growth - test is cheap
Skin and youth - you could just use the one of the copper peptides like ghk cu or the klow stacks epithalon
Yes hgh has it's upsides but what it gives for the price point is a bit painful

GH does none of those. GH isn’t anabolic.

GH does thicken bone, longitudinal growth doesn’t happen after plates close but acromegaly shows bone thickening especially in jaw, hands when taking hgh at high enough doses
