clavicle growth

did anyone have substantial clavicle growth past initial growth plate closure (for legs, arms, etc. not the clavicle bone itself)? i mean past 18.

i have a small waist but average clavicle size, im 19 and wondering if i should hop on to maximize my frame til it fuses
