Adding an inch to each clavicle takes you from average to above 99 percentile. Is this one of the highest ROI surgeries?

50th percentile is about 16 inches and 99th is about 18 inches.

20-30k euros in Germany, same risks as LL, maybe safer than blasting the amount of roids you’d need to achieve the same by gym…

What so there’s a super long recovery period where you can barely move? Fuck that then

This is biacromial not bideltoid.
Here is the bideltoid chart.

It’s interesting to see the standard deviation for bideltoid is actually about double that of biacromial. So we can perhaps say that wide shoulders are, statistically, 50/50 gymcelling and genetics.

It’s a pain in the ass to measure either of these, I can’t get anywhere near a consistent result even with a slide caliper that I made.
You will be WAY high on your measurements if you used a tape.

i dont use tape i use long ruler, like the things used in construction which go like 2m when completely folded out. idk whats the right english term

As long as it has jaws you’re good to go. It’s impossible to measure with flat ruler or tape.

Nah that's too scary

what's the point? only matters if you're already giga tall and a chad.
On a normal or manlet height it's pointless.

Wrong. Broadness or thickness of the body is actually more indicative of mating success than just height.
Obviously it’s highly correlated with height though.

You sure of that? idk what else i can do to become striking honestly. Average height, from below average to chadlite+, and i'm getting lean and doing everything left to become striking, which i will achieve. But i don't have the best pheno, and i'm average heighted. Idk what else i can do beside maxxing my looks i already do. i'm afraid of LL.

Yes, but taller men are generally broader in proportion, so it’s only a real advantage if your skeletal frame is unusually wide for your (average) height.
In the West, women tend to select for perceived strength and dominance- but that might be different in regions where survival and resource stability are not guaranteed.
Our wealth basically provides the foundation for excessively tall/ strong men to flourish.

I’m around 181cm, but my skeletal frame is more similar to a woman’s, largely due to being extremely underdeveloped at birth.

Do you actually get girls or not?
The goal isn’t perfection, but reaching a point where you’re confident, getting dates, and genuinely content with who you are.
Searching for perfection will gradually ruin you.

So stop crying then, you made significant progress, I assume.
You want the halo-effect? For what exactly?

If that’s untrained, then 51cm is pretty indicative of broad shoulder bones.

I feel like his name suggests he probably gymcels.

It’s so hard to measure though. My bideltoid is 49-52cm and my biacromial is 41-42cm. I doubt I could ever get much above 55cm bideltoid even with all the tren in the world but this surgery could make it quite easy just on a TRT dose.

I think frame is massively underrated on here - probably because it is a force multiplier for height, which itself is a force multiplier for face. Most of us are still in a brutal struggle to achieve face or height so frame tends to be neglected.

My stats are pretty similar. When I'm out at night, I regularly get compliments from both men and women on my physique. I'm moderately trained- worked out heavily from age 13 to 18, and at 26, I’ve still retained some muscle, despite not working out anymore.

For comparison, 5'11 young Swedes have a biacromial width of around 40-41.5 cm, based on professional measurements. Having about 42 cm might not look noticeably broad, but it’s still slightly above average, and for most women, that’s enough.

Org either suffers from selection bias or, more likely, is full of larpers who don't know how to measure properly.
