my bizygo width is about 17 cm
and my shoulder width approx. 47-48 cm

would broader shoulder actually look harmonious on me ?

It's very hard to measure it accurately without calipers.

The best you can do is find a very high quality frontal picture, like a passport photo. The male pupil is always around 11.77 mm in diameter with only very slight deviations. Count the pixels and use that as a reference to take other measurements. If you do it right and without lens distortion the measurements will be accurate to within a few mm.

Or just go off it visually. The average man is about 13.9/14 cm, like Chico. Barrett is 15 cm. Gandy is about 14.5 cm and DiCaprio is about 14.7 cm.

Iirc 15 is already like 95th percentile
