Clavicle/Shoulder Lengthening Doctors

Does anyone know any orthopaedic or other specialist who perform this surgery other than Dr. Leif Rogers and Dr. Eppley?

I heard that these two surgeons have only been performing for 2-3 years since their first patient, and are not specialized in orthopaedics which makes me question the safety and competency of these two doctors.

Just have an accident and break both of your clavicles bro. Then tell the surgeons in the hospital to re align them with a gap and there you go.

They’re both pretty reputable and charge 45k a pop. I got the consultation so I’ll just let you know it’s not worth it. Almost 50k for one extra inch

Thanks for your response. I know Eppley does a bone graft from the fibular leg, and Leif Rogers does a diagonal cut without a need for an autologous bone graft. Pros and cons to each, except I plan on doing leg lengthening next year so Eppley is out of the question as he takes bone from the tibia.

Honestly I wish there were some orthopedic surgeons that could do this. After watching Dr. Rogers video on the surgery, it just seems like a spin-off from the typical clavicle fracture and seems like a relatively simple surgery. Would you happen to come across any other surgeons during your research for consultations?

I thought Eppley charged like 20-30k? Anyway 1 inch of shoulder width in my case is worth it cause my shoulders are like a little over 17 inches. Shoulders untrained range from 17-20 inches. 1 inch of shoulder width is like the equivalent of 2 inches of height.

Anyway I will get this surgery cause I refuse to cope with this curse. I already have like 20k saved. Leif Rogers claims you can do it more than once also
