Clavicles length gain

I’m 15, bone age 11.5, if I start lateral raises until I’m 23-25, can this improve my clavicles length? Consider if I grow from 15-23 without doing them, and 15-23 witj doing them everyday, the small amount of pressure has to do something considering 8 years

yea, lateral raises will help but they only change shoudler muscle

to actually help increase do reeves deadlifts/ reeves shrugs or hercules holds

mark as solution with button on bottom reight
