All these retardcells on tiktok who says clav needs to be jailed forever would just did the same or worse in his situation.
If that nigga stalked clav for weeks and now he laid on his car, this nigga was asking to be rushed over, im not saying that clav needed to kill that nigga and the "hopefully" was ok, obv not, but once he rushed over that nigga, no one ever would repeat that shit.
Im pretty sure that if he gets sued or sum shit, and the lawyer isnt retard, he isnt going to jail or sum shi like that, the only thing that shits him is the "Hopefully" but nigga you just rushed over a grey, you dont control what you say.

It’s not justifiable imo.

People are empathising with him because he mirrors an ideal to a lot of young men, that really fits the current Zeitgeist- that’s the halo effect.

I wouldn’t want to live in a society full of people who are so mentally vulnerable that they choose actions completely disproportionate to the situation.
He’s lucky he’s living in the US-Florida, as there’s probably a decent chance to get him out of this.

I partially agree, but his actions are fully his own responsibility. I was bullied in school, often even physically hurt, and I still had control over myself. I didn’t go out and just shoot anyone.

And if I had, I would rightly be held accountable. Taking justice into one’s own hands is exactly the kind of thing that would cause society to collapse.
The fact that we can have these discussions, and live relatively comfortable lives, is because we live within a system that holds people accountable according to mostly objective standards.
