I'd have to be see photos before I could comment.
Most of the skepticism towards orthodontics here is completely unwarranted and overblown.

And from what ive seen from private giant implants patient results he might even look worse tbh

Ive seen one of his lf3 results, it was absolutely brutal the fat pads of the face were demolished the poor guy become syndromic lol

I have never seen a good result with infra orbital implant alone whether it is saddled or not didnt make much difference

That's because surgery is over prescribed here.
They're meant for people with infraorbital rim retrusion.
It won't make them good looking per se but it fixes an actual problem.

You seem pretty knowledgeable.i have dark circles under my eyes not only under my eyes but that darkness is there in my nose as well.what should i do? I have it in my uppereyelid as well

Dark circles can have multiple causes. Not just bone retrusion but also genetic discolouration as well.
I'm not sure about your nose but laser treatment can remove genetic discolouration in the under eye area.

This is what I thought first but he released a video of Liam (Giant) walking him through the surgical movements.
It was a pre-surgical planning simulation and seemed too specific to be staged.

You can't really take anything at face value here.
I personally believe it's 65:35 larping.
I think some users in this space really are batshit enough to do it though - even with zero clinical problems

The reward vs risk of LF2 for even a surgeon seems pretty questionable at just 30K.

I feel like Giant could be making way less or maybe even losing money on this surgery to get good surgeons to ensure the best results

If this surgery goes well and turns clavs compact midface to a perfect midface I feel like Giant could get a lot more customers down the road

Then giant can hire Indian butchers on other surgerys after his new found popularity to recoup some of that money

Just my thoughts tho maybe clav will get butchered then commit suicide

Why does lefort 2 make the nose longer? I thought it does the opposite (at least creates an illusion of shorter nose)
