No it just doesnt make sense in his case, clav is already ideally forwardly grown and doesnt need any type of jaw surgery.

What he does need is lefort 1 downgrafting of the maxilla + jaw width reduction + lip projection + lip lift + nasio fillers and rhino

And from what ive seen from private giant implants patient results he might even look worse tbh

Ive seen one of his lf3 results, it was absolutely brutal the fat pads of the face were demolished the poor guy become syndromic lol

a solid base makes looksmaxxing (hard- and/or softmaxxing) way easier
e.g.: if you genuinely have severe recession, you can't be saved, as surgeons are limited in the amount of mm's they can move bones

If you have average craniofacial development you're honestly better off getting some modest implants instead, such as jaw implants, infraorbital rims and maybe fat grafting if your soft tissue genetics are sub-par.

I have never seen a good result with infra orbital implant alone whether it is saddled or not didnt make much difference

That's because surgery is over prescribed here.
They're meant for people with infraorbital rim retrusion.
It won't make them good looking per se but it fixes an actual problem.

Dark circles can have multiple causes. Not just bone retrusion but also genetic discolouration as well.
I'm not sure about your nose but laser treatment can remove genetic discolouration in the under eye area.
