It took me 1 minute to get rid of my seed without porn, without fantasizing.
Was surprised by the amount that i can store in my balls.
No regret, no weakness, just relief.
But the porn that i've rewatched over the years is burned in in my brain and plagued me this day.
Boredom and loneliness = bad combo.
I suggest that if you have porn on your HDD that you rewatch occasionally, delete it.
Or it will be ingrained in your mind and haunt you in the future.
