I know this might sound sound fucking brain dead but I've seen some people do tret w/o the gentle cleanser that is usually recommended, they just got tret moist and spf 50, what are yall thoughts w that

Gentle cleanser is a must. When you’re on accutane you might not need it more than once a day but if you’re only on topical tret just cleanse twice a day
