CLEFT-LIP-CELLS, covering up scar tissue? Is Softmaxxing possible or is the only way through surgery?

I truly can't stand being a deformed idiot anymore! Is there any way to softmaxx this, meaning stretching my scar tissue, and covering it up with makeup? And would nosepulling help with my fucking deformed nose? Or is surgerymaxxing the only way and how much will it cost in Europe?

Bro i get your struggle. i had a motorcycle crash drunk and since then i have a scar on my lip and when i laugh its asymmetrical af. we gotta look for a plastic surgeon who fixes shit like this
