I've recently got septorhinoplasty to fix asymmetry (alar sidewall concavity). I still have a slight issue with asymmetrical nostril height/size (left nostril is straight/horizon, right one is tilted upwards); is that a dealbreaker IRL compare to the alar sidewall concavity from before?
From the front-on, my nostrils currently look like _ / (less extreme of course, but that's what I mean).
Before vs after (3 weeks post-op). I'm just showing my nose because that's where my focus is at at the moment.
I could thereotically get revisional surgery a year from now, but IDK how expensive it'll be and if it's worth it. My main goal for now is festival hookups at 3AM with hippie/psytrance/PLUR girls on MDMA; I don't care much about dating apps at all
