I increased the dosage by 40mcg until I reached 120mcg.

40mcg -> 80mcg -> 120mcg

Optimally I should have done a 20mcg increase each time.

I've heard both that Clenbuterol downregulates the beta-adrenergic receptor and that you should do the cycle consisting of 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off and also that Clenbuterol doesn't downregulate the receptor, thus being able to take a constant desired dosage of Clenbuterol.

Clen does downregulate the receptor, but not to the degree that some claim.

120-160 should be good enough pretty much indefinitely

Receptor affinity is untouched, but it downregulates most likely yeah. That means it looses efficacy and I would risk cardiac remodelling or left ventricular hypertrophy.

So 120-160mcg will become as effective as 80-100mcg after some time, maybe I should take a break?

I heard 2 on 2 off being cope. Yeah it becomes less effective after 2 weeks, but it doesn’t mean it isn’t working.

I had watched a video from MPMD and Greg Doucette on it.

It doesn’t downregulate that much bro that bro science

If it was true the guys who has asthma and were prescribed clenbuterol (or salbutamol) would be dead by now

It way too much
20 mcg is enough for me personally (it had really aesthetic effects on skin)
 
Take ketofen when running Clen cycles

Go eat your sugar diet bro.
Aslong his using an aldosterone inhibitor use low dose insulin and have optimal micronutrients and electrolytes
He could staright up do like looks and chug down 1kg of sugar a day

I mean why take Clen yes it increase Bmr
But you could jusy do cardio or lower your calories
The only time ill use clen is if im on a realiy harsh. Deficit or if its re photoshot or smth like that like i have this day i have to look as lean as possible then ill use clen to fraud (because it makes your skin thinner and debloat you) and i would never go up to 80 mcg

Mpmd literally said that its cope clen doesn’t just downregulate after 2 weeks
How could you watch the video but say the inverse of what he said tf

20mcg only increases the TDEE a bit though? And what aesthetic effects? Didn't know it had any effects on skin.

Cardio increases my appetite too much, now you might say take an GLP1-agonist but I didn't have one at home right now, Clenbuterol was extremely cheap. My calories are also lowered, but I just want that even higher calorie deficit from Clenbuterol.

That it makes skin thinner is really great, I've noticed I look a lot leaner facially. I heard it can increase water retention though.

I'm supplementing a bit higher-dosed magnesium and taurine.

I mean why don’t you use other stuff ???
Financial and logistical reasons. What would you recommend though, I'm planning on buying a GLP1-agonist and even maybe DNP low-dosed for some time.
