I increased the dosage by 40mcg until I reached 120mcg.
40mcg -> 80mcg -> 120mcg
Optimally I should have done a 20mcg increase each time.
I've heard both that Clenbuterol downregulates the beta-adrenergic receptor and that you should do the cycle consisting of 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off and also that Clenbuterol doesn't downregulate the receptor, thus being able to take a constant desired dosage of Clenbuterol.
